At A Daughter’s Loving Homes, we provide Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) tailored to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Our services are designed to promote independence, stability, and meaningful community involvement while supporting each individual’s unique needs. We are committed to empowering individuals on their journey toward a fulfilling life.
What is HCS
The Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) program is a Medicaid waiver program designed to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in living meaningful, independent lives within their communities. Rather than institutional care, HCS provides personalized services in home-like settings that promote dignity, choice, and inclusion. Through the HCS program, individuals receive comprehensive, person-centered supports tailored to their unique needs. HCS empowers individuals to actively participate in their communities while receiving the care and supervision necessary to ensure their health, safety, and overall well-being.
